The recommendations that our group decided would benefit Subway's business process are the following:

1. Connect all Subway franchisees in the given region to the Subway Regional Headquarters in order to update promotions and prices to the regional franchisees POS system automatically.  Franchisees have to worried about updating systems when marketing department implements promotions because employees can charge the wrong amount and this can generate problems for costumers and for the employees.  By connecting the Software of all franchises on a region and updating all of them automatically this will help Subway by reducing the time managers had to spend traveling from franchise to franchise updating the software.  This action will also help the employee charge the right amount to customer when promotions and sells are going on and will prevent unhappy costumer and will make business more efficient. 
2. Implement a new security system, that will stop employees from interfering with the database.Employees can have access to the password of their coworkers to make an order, and even to help them to clock in or clock out on time when they are not present. One of the solution that we thought is to implement Bio-metric authentication, as finger prints which the PAR technology hardware provide that technology for Subway. With this technical safeguards the manager can make sure that the person who clock in and clock out is actually present and also can precisely know without doubt who make the order or did any changes.
3. Implement a new software that will automatically notify employees/managers when a given product stock begins to run low. Currently, managers and employees are forced to manually take inventory into account every single day, and see if they have enough stock. With Subway offering an immense variety of different products mistakes can often be made in accounting for inventory which can ultimately cause a product deficit. This new software would ensure that a products stock never reached zero and would allow mangers to automatically re-stock with a push of a button thus making the ordering and accounting process much more efficient.
